Because Culver’s serves bigger portions of its cuisine, their pricing are often more than the norm for the industry. This sandwich is on the softer side and has a satisfying bite to it. It has a pleasant flavor, but considering the price, I would have expected a larger portion. The fish had a high level of quality.
Culver’s uses only fresh, never frozen beef chuck, sirloin, and plate for the preparation of each and every ButterBurger. They are served on a bun that has been buttered very gently. This was delivered with a side of lettuce and was covered with a tartar sauce that was on the milder side. The flavor was quite satisfying.
